Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your plush toy must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized plush toys are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@plushland.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your plush toy for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective plush toy, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
