SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIME

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Wе ѕhір within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

{NOTE} we do not ship on [Sundays].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost:

  • For 48 contiguous states, the shipping cost is as follows
  • $10.00 flat rate for order less than $100.
  • 10% shipping cost for orders between $101 and $499.
  • Free freight for order greater than $500.00

For Hawaii and Alaska:

  • $20.00 flat rate for order less than $100
  • 15% shipping cost for all other orders.
  • Order will typically arrive within 7-9 business days for continental United States. Extra 2 days for Hawaii and Alaska customers.

30 DAY RETURNS

Changed your mind? If you aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

To return a product:

  • Email sales@plushland.com with your order number to initiate a return.
  • We will email you instructions for returning your product.
  •  Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.

REFUND

  • Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Email sales@plushland.com with your order number to arrange these returns.
  •  You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the product is damaged/defective, we will send return labels and you are not responsible for the shipping costs. If there is nothing wrong with the product, we will issue a return authorization #, which can be marked on the returned product and you would be responsible for shipping.
    Payment will be refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
