Return Policy

All customers wishing to return merchandise must call us at 888-500-8697 before returning any items to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. All items sent back to us without a RMA number will not be accepted.

All items returned within 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned after 30 days from the invoice date are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No items will be accepted for return after 70 days. The customer is responsible for all return freight, insurance, and applicable charges.

Plushland will credit your account the calculated amount of returned items less re-stocking fee after the above conditions are met. No cash refunds. Credit will be issued for the purchase of other Plushland product.

Please display your RMA Number and Invoice clearly on your box to avoid delays in processing your return. Plushland Customer Service

Credits will be issued within three weeks upon our receipt of returned merchandise.

Standard Shipping: FedEx ground.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days.

Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or P.O. box ZIP codes. Shipping addresses must include the complete street address and ZIP code of the recipient. Next day, 2nd and 3rd day delivery available on request.

Within Continental USA: $9.95 per case, FREE SHIPPING for orders of 4 cases (288 pieces) or more.
